HCT Vice Chancellor Dr. Tayeb Kamali has said that HCT offers only academic programs that meet industry demands for a highly skilled UAE national workforce that is ready to join local and international industries. These 13 Bachelor programs offered by Abu Dhabi Men's College (ADMC) are the result of HCT's consistent, continuous improvement to its quality of delivery, its recruitment of highly qualified teaching staff with many years of industrial and academic experience, and its tight link and collaboration with local and international industry. The HCT Bachelor programs have a strong focus on applied skills, such as problem-solving techniques, research, and the latest industrial technologies and advanced labs.

Liberal arts topics are integrated into technical courses to help expose students to international best practices and global issues, as well as to help them improve their interpersonal and teamwork skills for when they enter the workforce. The liberal arts courses cover areas such as organizational behavior, ethics, project management, international business, et cetera.

ADMC Associate Director Ahmed Tabbara has indicated there are 260 students registered in the HCT Bachelor programs. The minimum requirement to enter the Bachelor program is a Higher Diploma from the same specialization with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of no less than 2.5 out of 4 and an IELTS band 6 with no component less than 5. Students complete 175 credits for the Higher Diploma and are required to complete an additional 60 credits during the Bachelor program. This makes for a relatively high total of 235 credit hours, which is a result of the strong focus on applied skills. ADMC implemented new approaches to acquire highly skilled educators from Europe, Australia, and North America in order to offer students an international experience and the latest, cutting-edge industrial approaches.

ADMC Dean of Career Programs Dr. Hamad Odhabi explained that all ADMC programs follow a well-developed Quality Assurance System that includes core areas such as industry and community satisfaction with the program, student performance, student and graduate satisfaction with the program, course delivery, professional and external benchmarking, and ensuring that program design is aligned with the HCT graduate outcomes.

This year, ADMC added an additional component to its Quality Assurance System. Selected exams in the Bachelor program are now reviewed and edited by external examiners from well-established and recognized universities in Australia, Europe, and North America. Also, selected marking sessions are moderated by external examiners to ensure the highest quality. The programs are either accredited or linked to programs offered by well-established international colleges and universities.

ADMC Bachelor programs cover a wide range of specializations, including engineering, IT, business, and applied communication. In addition, the college is working closely with industry and Central Academic Services of HCT to develop new programs, including real estate management, total quality management, and information security.
