The Wave, Muscat unveils display apartments

The event, set in the backdrop of the picturesque sales center, lit up marking the holy month of Ramadan, saw guests and VIP's celebrating the official opening of the display apartments. Patrons and other senior officials attending the event were taken for a tour of the display apartments adjacent to the sales center.

HE Eng. Abdulla Bin Abbas Bin Ahmed, said, "We are proud to unveil the display apartments at The Wave Muscat. We have ensured that the best quality and design are reflected to meet the goals of this modern residential community and offer the best living standards for residents.

We have taken the best of what great townships have to offer and woven it into the Arab context and developed our own unique concept," he further added.

H.E. Saif bin Mohammed Al Shabibi, Minister of Housing, commenting on the opening said: "The Wave, Muscat is an important addition to the property development scene in Oman. Developments such as these place Oman on a global platform and provide quality housing in line with international standards. The display apartments are proof of the credibility of the developer and the high standards they promise to deliver".

The Wave, Muscat which is being developed through a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments (representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman), National Investment funds Company (representing the Omani Pension Funds), and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group, will redefine the property sector of the Sultanate with its emphasis on quality, service excellence and the growth opportunities it offers for the local population.

Located within the fully integrated residential community, the display apartments showcase all that The Wave has to offer in terms of apartment living. The stylish one, two, and three bedroom luxury apartments are set in buildings, which are traditionally styled. The interiors of the apartments have been designed by interior designer Mary Clephane.

The apartments have been designed with lots of glass, shaded with partitions and Macrabia (Omani traditional shades) set around their balconies. The one bedroom apartment has a harbor feel, very light, sunny bright, crisp cottons - it's all about the beach and the sea. The two bedroom apartment is more contemporary with a deep red shiny kitchen, a black 4-poster bed and deep-red leather sofas all on a sand-colored tiled background. The 3 bedroom apartment is more 'family' orientated with bags of space inside and outside for the whole family.
