CGC holds training for Nokia staff

A Nokia team from Dubai comprising of Tarek Zaki, Product Manager and Hayssam Yassine, Account Manager visited Doha to impart the high-level technical training to CGC personnel.

About 100 CGC staff from Retail Sales, Dealer Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer Care and Service Center units attended this one-day training. Besides getting very useful information on the latest technology-equipped Nokia phones such as the upgraded N95, Express Music phones Nokia 5310 & 5610, Nokia 7900 Prism, Nokia 2630, Nokia 6555, etc., the CGC staff were explained about the nitty-gritty of the upcoming Nokia products and enhancements, their designs, functionality and market positioning.

Tips on how to respond effectively to the customers' queries and providing them details on the functioning and handling of Nokia phones and accessories were other focus areas of the training programme aimed at making customers at ease to use Nokia products.
