Saudi Aramco refinery bids

Three international engineering firms Foster Wheeler, WorleyParsons and the SNC-Lavalin Group have submitted bids to Saudi Aramco regarding a contract to help the state-owned oil firm build an $8bn refinery in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, reported the Dow Jones newswires. The contract entails project management on the proposed 400,000 barrels per day facility and initial engineering work. The deal will be awarded in November.
