Several appointments at Park Hyatt Dubai

The appointment of Jelena Kocijasevic to Associate Director of Catering as of 1 October 2007. Jelena joined Hyatt Regency Belgrade as a Food & Beverage Attendant on 16 October 1998. In April 2000, Jelena was promoted to Business Development Executive, followed by a transfer to Catering Sales Executive in July 2002. In September 2004 Jelena was promoted to Banquet Sales Manager, from where she got transferred to Park Hyatt Dubai as Catering Sales Manager in July 2005.

The promotion of Renuka Ramanathan to the position of Assistant Front Office Manager effective 1 October 2007. Renuka started her Hyatt career at Grand Hyatt Singapore as Guest Service Officer - Grand Club on 7 October 2002. She was promoted to Assistant Manager - Grand Club on 1 April 2004 and transferred to our property to join us for our pre-opening on 31 May 2005. Renuka takes over from Audrey Murugaya.

The transfer of Audrey Murugaya who is transferring to Dubai International Airport as Airport Manager - Hyatt counter effective 15 October 2007. In this function she will be working with all three Hyatt properties in Dubai.

The appointment of Nisar Ahmed to Chef de Cuisine - Banquets as of 1 October 2007. Nisar joined Grand Hyatt Dubai as a pre-opening team member on 14 March 2003 as a Chef de Partie. In this capacity, he had worked in two kitchen outlets, namely Market Café and Banquet.

Nisar was transferred with a promotion to Park Hyatt Dubai on 1 June 2005 as a Sous Chef - Banquets.
