Sabre employees volunteers are contributing their time as part of a global community-focused volunteer 'Give Time Together' campaign.
Sabre's international "Give Time Together" campaign was launched with a paint and clean up initiative involving 20 Sabre employees at Alia Early Intervention Center, a local establishment offering educational and recreational activities for children with behavioural and communication difficulties within a social integration programme.

Sabre employees will be joining volunteer hands with their colleagues around the world in over 35 countries. Last year 1,500 employees in 35 countries volunteered on 130 projects and Sabre hopes to top that level of participation this year.

Sabre's Bahrain team was joined by a team of dedicated volunteers in a well-organized and well-received initiative coordinated by "The One" lifestyle store. Volunteers from The One's sales staff, the U.S. Department of Navy and Sabre worked extremely hard over the weekend to complete the job one day ahead of schedule.

Daniel Naoumovitch, Sabre Travel Network Middle East's Chief Executive Officer, said: "The Give Time Together" programme is part of Sabre's long term commitment to giving back to society. Our employees - and those working for Sabre around the world - are pledging a significant amount of their own time. As a company, we are always looking at ways to support our local community. We decided that giving our time was a sincere gesture of our goodwill."

Sabre and its employees are currently considering how to take the campaign forward to ensure it has maximum impact in improving the community, the environment and the lives of the disadvantaged.
