The system is in line with Dubai strategic plan 2015 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, where he pointed out the need to finding an ideal working environment for the development of human resources in government departments.

The flexible working hours' system will ensure a positive working environment ideal for government employees to serve customers needs.

DEC call on managers at government departments to study and apply the system; an important strategy that will provide great benefit, and will raise the performance level and increase staff productivity through providing ideal working environments.

The system will not only benefit government departments, it will also dramatically alleviate traffic congestion on the roads.
