Creative introduces Aurvana X-Fi noise-canceling headphones in the Middle East
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, October 02 - 2007 at 15:58
- PRESS RELEASE
Creative Technology Ltd., a worldwide leader in digital entertainment products, today announced that its X-Fi audio technology will be available in noise-canceling headphones that improve audio playback for the iPhone, iPod, PC, Mac, PSP, and other portable entertainment devices - here in the Middle East.
Leonard Yap, Associate Marketing Manager for Creative Labs Middle East says, "The Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones, with our X-Fi Crystalizer and X-Fi CMSS-3D technologies that dramatically improve audio playback, provide so much more than the noise cancellation in Bose headphones. Noise cancellation sets the stage for an excellent listening experience, and the X-Fi audio technologies up-convert MP3 and AAC music to bring out the best in music and movies."
The Creative X-Fi Crystalizer utilises algorithms to make any digital audio sound better by intelligently and selectively restoring the highs and lows that were lost during MP3 or other compression. The Creative X-Fi CMSS-3D virtually transforms stereo headphone playback into the more enjoyable and immersive listening experience of a surround sound speaker system. Movies sound like they are played on a home theatre system instead of being trapped between the listener's ears.
Leonard Yap explains further, "The Creative Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones reduce up to 90 percent of ambient noise and feature memory foam that moulds to the user's ears, providing hours of comfortable listening during a long flight or workday at the office. Users can independently select noise cancellation, X-Fi Crystalizer, X-Fi CMSS-3D and volume with convenient controls on the headphones. All of the technologies can be enjoyed together for up to nine hours from two AAA batteries, and unlike most competing headphones, the Creative Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones can also function without power."
Each set of the Creative Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones includes an iPhone-compatible cable in addition to a hard carrying case for secure transport.
