IRIS to unveil their third project at Cityscape 2007

IRIS, one of the leading property developers in the region will exhibit its distinguished projects at Cityscape Dubai, the world's largest international business-to-business real estate investment and development event, from 16th-18th October 2007.
IRIS will showcase its projects at ZC60 in Zabeel Hall at Cityscape 2007.

With a number of new and exciting projects in the pipeline for the coming months, IRIS will be showcasing three distinctive luxurious property developments based in the Middle East, one of which will be launched at Cityscape. Set in Dubai Marina and Business Bay, IRIS Blue and IRIS Bay will highlight the special blend of prime locations, quality building solutions all couched in their honored tradition of timely delivery. In addition IRIS is a developer who adopts "green" building practices that result in energy-efficient, healthier and environmentally sustainable residential and commercial properties.
With a prime position in Culture Village, IRIS Amber will offer Arabesque design of spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments. This project will be officially launched at Cityscape extending the opportunity for immediate sales of its units.
IRIS provides reassurance to potential buyers by assuring guarantee, or Escrow accounts, which are to become mandatory under the Government of Dubai's new Law Number 8 of 2007 and the formation of a Real Estate Regulatory Agency.
