Michel Mein has owned several real estate firms, including Pixel by Pixel and the 7th ART that have repositioned property in 9 states across 1000+ units and is now actively working in Mexico and the UAE.
The extensive amount of work produced for brands such as St Regis Residences, Four Seasons and other branded developments gave Michel the opportunity for an unparallel exposure to high end real estate and marketing worldwide.
His current company, co-founded with Partner David Williams in New York, specializes in High-end Resort and Real Estate Marketing, Branding and advertising offering all necessary services one roof: marketing analysis, brand creation and development, digital visualization, interactive, film, books and advertising.
Recent projects have included the Plaza, NY, Aol Time Warner, NY, The Infinity San Francisco, Fisher Island, Miami on a average of 50 real estate projects per year.
The firm is comprised of 80 selected team members including 9 architects.
Prior to pursuing real estate full time, Michel spent ten years at Columbia University teaching Urban Design and development, where he eventually realized how lifestyle in community planning is directing most of today's development. Joining the EEK group, he worked as senior associate on the development and guidelines of Battery Park City and other similar large scale projects throughout the United States.
Michel graduated with a Master Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from MIT and holds a B.A in Architecture from the La Cambre Brussels University.
He was the recipient of the ILAUD scholarship in Siena and was recipient of the Artist Graduate Fellowship at Parsons University.
