Sama Dubai sponsors 20 employees for higher studies at DREI

Created with the objective of endowing its employees with industry specific skills, "Develop the Developers" Programme will provide participants with practical knowledge on property management.

The six-month diploma course will run from 21 October, 2007 to 10 April, 2008. The curriculum will include introductory courses in Economics and Quantitative Methods and Real Estate Principles, as well as Real Estate Investment Analysis, Real Estate Management, and Real Estate Valuation.

In addition, Sama Dubai offers a scholarship programme for its employees to obtain a Master's degree in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore (NUS). In 2006, six employees received scholarships for advanced studies in economic, legal, financial, and strategic aspects of the real estate industry.
