An order appointing liquidators to these companies was made on 19 September 2007 by the Honorable Sir Anthony Evans, Chief Justice of the DIFC Court of First Instance. The order was advertised in regional media from 24 September.
The Dubai based Clyde & Co team advising on the matter consisted of finance partner Ashley Painter, and associates Vanessa Abernethy and Raymond Younan.
