Clyde & Co have advised Forsyth Partners Global Distributors Ltd and Forsyth Partners (Middle East) Ltd in connection with the first insolvency conducted in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre).
The Dubai based Clyde & Co team advising on the matter consisted of finance partner Ashley Painter, and associates Vanessa Abernethy and Raymond Younan.
