Having spent over 25 years with Sheraton in Egypt, Oman and the UAE, Mr Moukthar has also enjoyed a total of over 14 years in Dubai, watching the city grow to the exiting metropolis it is today.
Millennium Burooj Suites will open in late 2007 with 164 deluxe suites and Penthouse, 3 restaurants, pool and gymnasium, overlooking the Dubai Creek in Deira, Dubai.
