His previous positions as Executive Chef include the Doha Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Mirage City in Cairo, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai, Le Meridien Hotel Kuwait to mention but a few. Hippolyte brings with him an enormous food and beverage background having opened several new outlets during his career in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the USA.
John S. Madawela joins the team of the Millennium Towers Hotel Dubai as Director of Engineering. John has an extensive knowledge when it comes to opening a new hotel. He counts the opening of the Grand Hyatt Dubai as well as the Park Hyatt Dubai to his achievements.
Joseph Roy is the new Financial Controller at the Millennium Towers Hotel Dubai. Roy joins the Millennium team from the Rotana group where he held several key positions at the Fujeirah Rotana Resort & Spa, the Jumeirah Rotana Hotel and at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel.
