ETA Star to unveil its first ever master development project at Cityscape

ETA Star will unveil its first ever master development project at the three-day event.

The AED 2.5 billion mega project La Italia will be an authentic Italian themed residential community which will rise at the Falcon City of Wonders in Dubailand. La Italia will consist of low-rise, traffic free residences in the Venice, Rome and London clusters.

Apart from the master development project, ETA Star will also showcase its latest projects -- Centre Court located at Jumeirah Village South and a mixed use development project currently at concept stage in Muscat, Oman - at the event.

Centre Court is a mixed use project with residential and retail units forming a private community, which will provide an unmatched quality of life for peaceful family living.

Projects worth AED 5 billion in total will be showcased by ETA Star at its magnificent-looking stall at this year's edition of Cityscape.
