The event invites corporate travel managers, travel co-ordinators and others who have a responsibility for booking or buying business travel, to discover and discuss the latest changes to business travel booking and buying in the Middle East.

"As the only event in the Middle East to focus on corporate travel, the exhibition and educational seminars at the Business Travel Show will challenge the way organisations think and give them the opportunity to assess booking and buying methods currently used. Visitors will be able to find out how they can get the most from their business travel budget whilst guaranteeing the best deals for their travellers," explains Sally Pugmire, Event Director of the Business Travel Show.

With the number of air, hotel and ancillary travel service providers increasing in the region, businesses now have a greater choice of suppliers and as a result they can select providers who will offer them the best deal and the best services for specific company travel requirements. The event offers visitors the valuable opportunity to meet the regions leading travel providers face to face.

"Every year, more and more companies are realising the benefits of a structured travel management policy," explained Pugmire.

The Business Travel Show will encourage visitors to consider the pros and cons of having a travel management policy, with a number of leading regional travel management companies on hand at the Show, plus specific educational sessions that challenge the subject directly, for example; 'Why should you introduce a travel policy within your company' and 'Travel Agency vs. Internet Bookings?'

Business travel arranging is not a simple task - sticking to a budget whilst keeping business travellers happy and with so many options, it is crucial to get it right. This is where smart business travel buying is essential and will pay off - which is the essence of the Business Travel Show. The Show will help travel arrangers and bookers get a better deal - whether that's cutting costs, improving a policy or saving time.

In addition to the exhibition and networking opportunities, the educational programme is organised in association with ACTE (The association of corporate travel executives), and hosts a series of one-hour sessions tackling the latest issues to affect the business travel industry.
