As part of City Mall's Corporate Social Responsibility, this initiative was aimed at capitalizing on shopping as a tool to help the underprivileged. With the money donated to this cause, City Mall's Customer Care Representatives were responsible for purchasing the necessary winter attire and stationary from the Mall's various outlets, to contribute in equipping the orphans in this upcoming winter school semester.

"Inspired by the spirit of Ramadan, our objective was to provide for orphans of both genders and contribute to their happiness; this is with no doubt a mission of great importance to City Mall's management and staff" said Ziena Abu Ragheb, Marketing Manager at City Mall.

During this two-day initiative, the orphans were treated to an iftar at the Mall's foodcourt, as well as to entertainment activities such as face painting and balloon shaping afterwards.

"We would like to thank our Customer Care Representatives as well as our tenants for their participation in this initiative. We would also like to wish all Jordanians a blessed Ramadan and a happy Eid," concluded Abu Ragheb.
