Al Badie Group Property Development now looks to attract wider MENA audience at upcoming Cityscape Dubai
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, October 11 - 2007 at 11:03
- PRESS RELEASE
Al Badie Group (ABG) Property Development has confirmed that 50% of their 26-storey Beach Towers, located on Reem Island Abu Dhabi, have already been sold two and a half years before the scheduled completion of the development.
The company has also announced that it will participate in this year's Cityscape Dubai, taking place on 16-18 October, joining the ranks of the region's other major real estate players at the three-day show.
"Cityscape will further raise the profile of our development to consumers and property investors directly. As Abu Dhabians, we must work to attract the right kind of investors to our Emirate, helping to build and support our long-term economic development and bring sustainable benefits for all the community," said His Excellency Mohamed Jo'an Al Badie, President of ABG.
According to Ziad Bushnaq, CEO of Cornerstone, the UAE's capital is considered a hotspot for foreign investment thanks to the plethora of other property launches and new island projects popping up. "Abu Dhabi continues to offer highly exciting opportunities for property investors and residents alike. Thanks to the major island developments and the reinvigoration of some of the existing downtown areas, Abu Dhabi must now be considered a true global hotspot."
