The $190m project is currently in the pre-launch phase and exclusive sales agent, Cornerstone, has already sold 50% of the 371 units. 60% of the sold units have been purchased by end users and the remaining 40% have been purchased by investors. The majority of the buyers hail from the UK, followed by Middle East, USA, Canada, Asian, UAE, and North Africa.
The company has also announced that it will participate in this year's Cityscape Dubai, taking place on 16-18 October, joining the ranks of the region's other major real estate players at the three-day show.
"Cityscape will further raise the profile of our development to consumers and property investors directly. "Abu Dhabi continues to offer highly exciting opportunities for property investors and residents alike.
