AMD's ultimate knockout Ramadan gaming competition attracts more than 275 UAE gamers

Gaming enthusiasts from across the UAE competed against one another, on the popular action games, Counter-Strike 1.6 and War Craft III: DoTA. More than 275 gamers consisting of 36 teams of 5 players each for Counter Strike and 21 teams of 5 players each for War Craft III: DoTA, registered for the week long challenge.

'With around 57 teams competing for the title, the challenge was tough. The competition was carried out on one of AMD's most advanced processor, the AMD Athlon 64 FX, which is designed specifically for PC enthusiasts enabling them to immerse themselves in the digital world and bring the next generation of digital media and games to life.
