"Cityscape is considered one of the main real estate platforms in the region providing all exhibitors and investors an ideal networking/early booking and purchasing opportunity. For us, participating in such exhibitions is becoming a must especially with a portfolio of developers that is increasing year after year. The property market is rocketing and we as a bank have to cater for the ever increasing demand for home finance. At Cityscape we will be showcasing "Manzili Home Finance" commented Mr. Faisal Aqil, General Manager Retail Banking, Emirates Islamic Bank.

He further added: "So far we have sealed deals with all major developers in the market. We have set strict criteria regarding the standards of developers we want to be partners with, especially after the bank has been appointed as an Escrow account bank with the Dubai Land Department."

The Sharia'h compliant Manzili Home Finance is considered to be one of the most competitive Home Finance programs in the market as it offers higher finance amounts, competitive profit rates, longer repayment periods, requires low down payment, provides speedy process and approval and much more.

Bank staff will be at Hall 1, stand A 34, giving an in-depth explanation (with a pre-approval facility for fast turn around time) of Manzili Home Finance schemes and Emirates Islamic Bank's investment funds to the visitors.
