Saudi is tops for business

A World Bank report has found that Saudi Arabia is the best place to do business in the entire Middle East and Arab World, reported Khaleej Times. Saudi Arabia has risen from 38th to 23rd position among 178 countries in the World Bank rankings, ahead of Kuwait (in 40th place) and the UAE (68th). In the report, the World Bank recognises Saudi Arabia as one of the world's top reformers.
