AWT, Inc. continues rapid expansion in the Middle East

AWT, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AWTM), through its wholly owned subsidiary AWT International, Inc., has opened new sales offices in Saudi Arabia.

AWT, Inc., distributes state-of-the-art medical equipment and general supplies to the U.S. healthcare industry.

The Company has hired 2 highly experienced executives to run the Middle Eastern operations. Both Mr. Suhail Muzaffar and Mr. Shahid Khawaja will hold the President and CEO positions of the Company.

"Overall care in the Saudi Arabia healthcare system has seen a growth pattern between 1989 and 2004 that far exceeds the United States," Christopher J. Neill, the company's CEO commented. "From 2004 to present, the growth from just an expenditures viewpoint has more than tripled."

Sources at the company say business for the Middle Eastern region will be run from the Dammam, Saudi Arabia location. Additional offices and distribution points for AWT, International in Saudi Arabia are in Riyadh in the Central Province, and in Jeddah in the Western Province of the country.

"One of our most important goals is to make access to state-of-the-art healthcare equipment seamless, cost effective and personal, no matter where you are in the world. Mr. Khawaja and Mr. Muzaffar come to us with 30 years of business knowledge and experience in the Middle East. Their understanding and contacts have quickly established AWT as a new, growing company in the region," Neill stated.

The Company has registered with the Ministry of Health and is in process of registering with the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Education and the National Guard.

Neill continued, "These governmental agencies will give us access to every level of direct sales and government bidding for Healthcare any serious Company needs for success in the country."
