Kuwaiti reforms unlikely

Financial analysts have said Kuwait's economy is unlikely to see any major reforms due to the impending appointment of three new ministers to the cabinet before parliament reconvenes at the end of the month, reported Reuters. The government has been keen to push forward a policy of diversification away from its energy revenues and increased foreign investment but it has consistently struggled to win parliamentary backing.
