DTCM organises rich traditional events during Eid holidays

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is hosting a rich traditional fare of food and music for everyone at its prominent heritage sites in the emirate during the first three days of the Eid Al Fitr holidays.

All residents and visitors celebrating the Eid holidays can look forward to a great time at the DTCM-managed heritage sites of the Heritage and Diving Village, Sheikh Saeed House in Al Shindagha, Dubai Museum and the Hatta Heritage Village.

A number of rich traditional activities including music shows, traditional dance and food and exhibitions are lined up during the celebrations. All activities run between 5pm and 10pm. Ediya, made up of special gift hampers, will be distributed to children while a rich fare of traditional Eid specialities will be cooked live and made available at the sites.

The Hatta Heritage Village will be hosting traditional music and dance shows and handicrafts exhibitions from 3pm to 9pm during the Eid holidays.

The facility is open from 8am to 9pm daily. Arabic coffee and dates will be distributed to the visitors at the site.
