Tanmiyat Group is set to impress visitors as a Platinum Sponsor of Cityscape Dubai 2007

During the exhibition, Tanmiyat Group will display its $3bn Ajman Marina project, one of its impressive ventures currently under development in the Emirate of Ajman, and demonstrate to visitors why 'There's nowhere else quite like it'. In addition to Ajman Marina, Tanmiyat Group will also be promoting the Commercial Towers of the now world-renown Living Legends project, housed in Dubailand.

Speaking on the significance of the Group's participation in the 2007 Cityscape Dubai exhibition, Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, Vice President, Tanmiyat Group, said: "We are delighted to be taking part of Cityscape Dubai once again this year, as this is our fourth annual participation since 2004. In addition to our Platinum Sponsorship, our impressive stand will present one of our group's major developments in the UAE, the recently launched and massively acclaimed Ajman Marina Project", he said.

Ajman Marina, Tanmiyat Group's key project in the UAE, is systematically contributing billions of dirhams to the UAE real estate market. Located next to the Kempenski Hotel in Ajman, the development, which is being constructed in two phases over the next five years, is considered one of the most distinguished projects in the Emirate's history, and is expected to play an important role in the overall development of the Ajman community.

Once completed, the realty venture will provide residential accommodation for 21,000 new residents and a number of commercial and entertainment areas covering over 3 million sq ft, with a built-up area of 14 million sq ft.

During the exhibition, Tanmiyat Group will also be presenting Australian sand artist Jenney Rossen who will lend her name and talent to Ajman Marina as she creates three sets of marina-themed sand sculptures, with the first set depicting a living room setting with a couch or chair, and the second a bedroom setting with bed and side table, while the third setting will be a surprise for the visitors to the Tanmiyat stand during Cityscape Dubai.
