Mr. Faisal Galadari - General Manager Business Group - CBD said, 'Al Abbas is one of the oldest conglomerates in the UAE, which has invested in DSO. We will strive to make this partnership successful. We have a very attractive mortgage product, which offers the flexibility and the convenience to suit a varied profile of customers.
'We have received excellent customer feedback post the mortgage launch. The product offers a host of features intended to reduce the substantial fees and charges associated with a mortgage apart from practical repayment options which are lighter on the customer's purse.'
'Within a short time since we launched Lynx, one of the major projects developed by us in Dubai, 90% of the project has been sold out,' said Hadi Ebrahim Al Abbas, Managing Director of Earth Developers, the developers of the project and member of Al Abbas Group.
'With four decades of strong presence in the diversified fields of business in Dubai, Al Abbas Group stands out with exceptional quality and confidence, which has led to tendering the property at 20% premium for its first project itself within an incredibly short span of time since its launch,' said Hadi.
With separate wings for apartments and offices, Lynx offers a choice of spacious and stylish studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Lynx is located in close proximity to shopping malls and supermarkets, schools, hospitals, parks, entertainment and recreational facilities both within and outside Dubai Silicon Oasis. The Dubai International Airport next door brings convenience right to the doorstep.
