The property exhibition, which runs from October 16th to 18th, is the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world.
ALDAR is looking to further build upon the strong demand experienced at the inaugural Cityscape Abu Dhabi conference in May 2007 when Phase 1 of their showcased Al Bandar project, the Al Naseem Towers, sold-out within a week of the conference's close. Similarly, Phase 1 of their Al Muneera project containing 4-bedroom townhouses was 100% sold-out within a week from their launch at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
The phenomenal success the company experienced with these projects demonstrates the visibility Cityscape brings to ALDAR and the huge demand for quality real estate in the Emirates.
