'Multilist.ae' to be launched at Cityscape Dubai

Multilist.ae will provide a multiple listing service, whereby sellers, developers and agents can place their properties for sale on the website to make them available to be sold by hundreds of registered Multilist.ae agents in the UAE and around the world.

This technology is new to the UAE market, however has proven successful in many other nations. Managing Director of Brightfox, Mr. Cameron Black believes it will streamline the way property is sold in the UAE.

"Multilisting is a common practice in many parts of the world, and even legally required in some countries," he states.

"It increases the sale price of properties by making them available to the widest possible market. It also makes selling property easier for sellers as they nominate a primary Multilist.ae Authorized Agent to manage the sale for them. The listing agent will field all sales calls on their behalf, resulting in a hassle free and far less intrusive process."

Agents are also tipped to benefit from the launch, as they will be able to gain access to information on live stock availability for their buyers. "It can be incredibly frustrating to find a qualified buyer and then sift through dated and even false information to find them a property," explains Mr. Black. "Multilist.ae enables agents to collaborate their efforts in order to buy and sell property. Not only do can they achieve high sales figures for sellers, but provides them with a better professional service for their buyers."

Brightfox will officially launch Multilist.ae at the Cityscape Dubai Exhibition on the 16th of October at booth 8F30. Alternatively, people will be able to register their interest at the website.
