This alliance is the largest of its kind in private sector sustainable construction where the combined size of the alliance is around $20 bn with a workforce of more than 15000 and 22 experts specialised in LEED certification.
The alliance includes ZAS-PSE, TROW, H.H Angus, Lootah-Vanbots, State Group International, TAS Designbuild and NCK Engineering Ltd. Each of the companies brings to the table specialised international expertise ranging from architecture and design, engineering consultancy to MEP, Infrastructure and Construction with footprints across continents.
According to Mr. Dan Danesh, General Manager of S.S. Lootah International, "This alliance will accelerate and consolidate our expertise in Architecture, Engineering and Construction to be a comprehensive project management provider offering a gamut of services right from master planning to infrastructure and construction."

ZAS-PSE offers sustainable architectural design and feasibility studies, TROW are engineering consultants in the areas of Environment, Infrastructure, Geotechnical, Materials and Quality, HH Angus are MEP Consultants, Lootah-Vanbots provide highly specialised contracting services, State group International offers MEP contracting services, TAS Designbuild offers sustainable design and development services and NCK provides structural engineering services.
With each of these specialised services, combined with S.S. Lootah Group's regional expertise, project developers will need to turn only to a single point of contact for a comprehensive umbrella of all services related to engineering, construction and project management.
