Situated in Hall3, Hall4, and the Sheikh Rashid Hall on a total area of 27 square meters, Al Mazaya Property Index's three pavilions will be the favorite station for visitors from the real estate and investment communities, researchers, the media and other backgrounds. The index pavilions will showcase Al Mazaya's latest electronic technology while conducting live and detailed presentations to clarify the benefits of these services, how to use the figures issued from the index in gaining an understanding of the development occurring in the GCC real estate market, how to compare the property prices in different GCC countries through the index, and how to identify the development in these prices through the indices designated to each country.
The three Al Mazaya Property Index pavilions will have gateways to direct the visitors to Al Mazaya Holding's property pavilion located in Zabeel, ZM60. The pavilion will exhibit the firm's current projects that include Sky Gardens, The Villa, the Icon, Business Avenue, and its latest plush development 'Q point', that has been designated to middle income groups. Showcasing projects with a total investment volume of AED 7 billion, visitors will have a valuable opportunity during the leading property event to view the future projects of the firm in the UAE, Kuwait and a number of Arab countries.
Commenting on the company participation in Cityscape Dubai, Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Executive Manager and CEO of Al Mazaya Holding said: 'In such a large and leading event, we have to make a notable participation that matches our reputation and leading position while reflecting the significance of the event itself. We are participating via 4 pavilions that portray the vision of our firm. Here we will exhibit both our property projects and developments and the new technological instruments we have created to monitor and further enhance the region's property market.
'The possibility of developing risky projects in such a large and sophisticated property market has recently been magnified with many projects not being developed according to a clear research method and feasibility studies. Therefore, we are keen to showcase Al Mazaya Property Index at Cityscape Dubai, to provide a valuable opportunity for the real estate community in identifying the market facts that we are constantly gathering after continuous analysis. The Index's participation in the leading property event is aimed to showcase our objectives, especially in this current time of large scale investments into the real estate sector.'
