- PRESS RELEASE
ETA Star, a leading property developer in the UAE, has launched its first ever master development project at Cityscape 2007 -- the Dhs2.5bn La Italia project.
La Italia is inspired by the Italian architecture and way of living. The lifestyle at La Italia personifies romance and passion of a truly Italian experience. The project offers a self sustained traffic free community with bustling piazzas, boulevards and quaint shops.
ETA Star is also showcasing two other projects -- Centre Court located at Jumeirah Village South and a mixed use development project currently at concept stage in Muscat, Oman - at the prestigious event.
On the launch of their first master development at Cityscape 2007, Mr. Abid Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said: "We are proud to unveil La Italia. Our latest project will stand out not only for its unique architecture but also an unparalleled world class lifestyle it would provide. We are confident that La Italia would bring in a new dimension to modern living and set a benchmark for newer property developments in Dubailand."
He further added, "Apart from La Italia, we have also showcased two other projects. The Centre Court, which is being developed in Jumeirah Village South, is being built for the mid-range market as we see a gap in this segment of population. We are excited about Muscat project as it provides a chance to investors to prospect on properties being built beyond the UAE borders. On the whole, Cityscape provides an excellent opportunity under one roof to local developers to meet and interact with regional and international buyers to view their projects being developed around the world
Centre Court is a mixed use project with residential and retail units forming a private community, which provides an unmatched quality of life for peaceful family living. The development comprises of retail units on the ground level and residential units for 4 levels with a total built up area of 311,005 Sq.ft.
The Muscat project which is at a very nascent stage will be a mixed use development comprising of residential, commercial and hotel units. The project is located at Quram area, Muscat, Oman with a plot area is 128,937 sq.m. The development's concept is based on traditional European and Middle Eastern hilltop settlements.
