Dhs1bn investment into Abu Dhabi booming real estate market

Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Tassan, CEO of RAKAA Properties stated that the leading real estate company has pumped Dhs1bn in Abu Dhabi booming market.
Eng. Mahmoud Naji, COO of RAKAA Property said that the company plans to equip its projects with smart technology following researches about the real estate markets and the investors' growing needs.
He highlighted the importance of spreading awareness about the positive aspects of providing smart technologies in property projects, and the significance of this move. The awareness initiatives and efforts will bear fruit as people seek to be familiar with the latest technologies with the aim to obtain as much benefit from these technologies as possible.
The three towers, which bear the names: Marina Tulip Tower, the Dynasty Tower and the Falcon Crest Tower are all smart technology equipped and feature stunning views that overlook the sea and the island's mangrove trees. The project also boasts swimming and gymnastics halls and gardens in each of its three towers.
Cityscape 2007, the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event, is taking place at Dubai International Exhibition Centre 16-18 October. The three day exhibition is expected to break sales records, in its 6th running this year.
