DTCM presents 'Best Co-Participant Award' to Dubai for Destination Tourism

The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) presented the 'Best Co-participant' award to Dubai for Destination Tourism for their workshop presentation during the road shows held earlier in Switzerland and Austria.
The DTCM Director, Overseas Promotions, Mr. Khalifa Ali Buamaim, presented the memento to Mr Muhammad Asif Siddiqui, Managing Director, in the presence of Mr. Peter van avermaet, General Manager and Ms. Reni Petrova, Senior Business Development Manager, Dubai for Destination Tourism.
The selection was made after considering a number of factors including attractiveness, creativity, display, tidiness, professional approach to clients and interaction between clients and co-participants at every workshop in all the venues of the road shows held in these important overseas markets.
The co-sponsors were Emirates airline, Golden Sands Hotel Apartments, and Arabian Adventures. Besides the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation a number of top hotels, resorts and tour operators also participated in the road shows that gave away raffle prizes of six round trip air-tickets, complimentary vouchers for three days and four nights' stays and six complimentary ground handling vouchers for two winners in each destination.
