SNASCO, the master developer, in cooperation with other partners, of 'Sharjah Investment Center', has established an independent company for the venture under the management and supervision of SNASCO.
This move demonstrates the commitment of SNASCO to the vision of H.H Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, member of the UAE Supreme council and Ruler of Sharjah, for the development mega multi-uses projects which cater to the need of both clients and investors alike.
Saleh Al Sorayai, chairman of the SIC and SNASCO, the master developer of the project said: 'We are encouraged to achieve further progresses and fulfill our primary vision following the outstanding success we had made in selling out 100% of the industrial plots of land in the phase I of Sharjah Investment Center project. This vision will be fulfilled step by step till the completion of the project'.
'Our new moves will be added to the progresses achieved within the SIC, a project that will set new benchmark in the industrial, residential and commercial building concepts that will match the highest international levels in terms of design and execution, with the objective to boast standards that are up to the Sharjah leading project', he added.
SNASCO is the master developer of the Sharjah Investment Centre, in cooperation with other property firms, had sold out 100% of the industrial plots of land in phase 1 of the leading project. The company was created from a Saudi-Emirate alliance to invest and implement its development. An independent company was founded for this issue under the management and supervision of SNASCO due to the size of SIC, and to ensure the best uses of its elements, in addition to providing professional management.
Sharjah Investment Center to build residential and office units
SNASCO, one of the region's leading real estate and development firms, is intending to build commercial and residential units comprising of one ground floor and 15 storeys, and one ground floor and 4 storeys in Sharjah Investment Center (SIC), in partnership with a number of investors who see attractive investment potential in this megaproject.
