Arqui300 showcases 3D technology at Cityscape Dubai

Impressive 3D computer generated imagery showing finished luxury villas, packed shopping malls and busy sports facilities where there may only be construction sites at present are playing an important role in the marketing of multi-million dollar projects across the region.

Portuguese firm Arqui300, which has achieved international acclaim as an image producer dedicated to the real estate sector, specialises in 3D images and film. The company has also created eye-catching promotional videos for several regional developments, including Kuwait Finance House's Durrat Al Bahrain development. A 3D computer generated version of the project's finished skyscrapers and beachfront villas has been set to a stirring musical score.

Laurinda Simões, architect, marketing manager and co-founder of Arqui300, says regional demand for their services is on the increase and the company has representation in both Dubai and Bahrain.

'A 3D film is a great tool to sell your product to the end user because you are showing how things will become when you are three, four, or five years from having it ready,' she added. 'As we often tell our clients, seeing is believing.

'The business is growing very fast because I think people understand we have the quality they need for their projects. The Gulf is amazing and when compared to the rest of the world the region is really making business happen.'
