Chubb Fire raises the bar for fire safety in Qatar

One of the most widely appreciated pieces of equipment on exhibit was the patented Akron Zero Torque nozzle - made specifically for easier handling, greater control and reduced firefighter fatigue.

Mr. Rami Al-Batrawi, Sales & Marketing Manager of Chubb Fire Qatar, said about this breakthrough technology: "Conventional nozzles constantly produce a torque, while they are in operation, which must be resisted by the firefighter at the cost of expending valuable effort and energy. In the Zero Torque nozzle, the pistol grip and the inlet valve are positioned so as to eliminate this torque, thereby making the nozzle far more controllable, even with reduced effort."
