Emirates Industrial City sells 75% of its land and commences the construction of 400 warehouses on 21 million square feet in Sharjah

During its participation at Cityscape Exhibition, Al Hanoo Holding Company, the developer of Emirates Industrial City proudly announced that the sales of Emirates Industrial City's land have reached a whopping 75%.
On this occasion Mr. Fahid Al Shakra, the vice chairman of Al Hanoo Holding Company confirmed that all the infrastructure related work which includes roads, lighting, electricity, water installment and drainage systems are already implemented in all the eight sectors of the Emirates Industrial City.
Located in Al Saja, Sharjah, Emirates Industrial City covers a massive area of 83 million square feet. He confirmed that Emirates Industrial City offered great returns for its investors, along with all the economic services.
He also announced to all the investors, contractors and visitors at the Cityscape that the project of building more than 400 warehouses in the Emirates Industrial City has already commenced, and will be delivered to the investors by the end of this year.
The project also includes an International Cargo Village for freightage and shipping activities with a capacity of more than 3000 different industrial methods.
