Sharjah Investment Center sparkles during Cityscape
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, October 18 - 2007 at 13:36
- PRESS RELEASE
Snasco, one of the leading property firms in the region, finalized its participation in Cityscape 2007, having shown the Sharjah Investment Center (SIC) at the exhibition for three consecutive days.
The Snasco stand drew a great deal of interest from investor and visitors alike, showcasing its impressive SIC model. The Sharjah Investment Centre is considered a very attractive investment, due to its excellent location and the leading services and facilities it offers, as well as the economic potential the project lends to the emirate of Sharjah. The SIC is expected to have a massive impact on Sharjah's economic growth, through the provision of additional avenues for development and the creation of job opportunities.
Cityscape is an important event in that it offers developers to introduce themselves to the market and explore the latest property projects and trends. For Snasco, it is also an opportunity to negotiate many investment opportunities in different Arab countries, with emphasis on the KSA.
"Our participation in Cityscape this year supports our aims to step up our presence in international events, strengthen communications between us and our clients, achieve higher sales and generate further property investment opportunities. Mixed use and residential plots have grown increasingly popular following the earlier selling out of the industrial areas of Phase one of the Sharjah Investment Centre," said Mr Saleh Al Sorayai, Chairman of Snasco and Chairman of SIC.
The number of visitors to the Cityscape Dubai exhibition exceeded all expectations this year, welcoming more than 45000 visitors in the first two days, according to the latest statistics given by the event's organizers.
"We anticipated a great deal of interest in SIC, since it is one of Sharjah's leading mixed-use developments. Sharjah is considered a vital and contributor to the region's growth, in terms tourism and culture. The emirate's family atmosphere and growing commerce makes the preferred place of residence and work for many. Sharjah is the spinal cord of the UAE's industrial activity; It has more that 49% of the country's active industries, ranging from petrochemicals, fabric, leather, steel, food and medicines", added Al Sorayai.
Al Sorayai went on to discuss on the trade and industrial activities offered by the SIC, as well as the project's inherently luxurious design - characteristics which make it the ideal scene for luxury living or for starting any commercial or industrial activity.
