Lifestyle property snapped up at Cityscape Dubai

Thousands of visitors flocked to the Dubai Sports City stand at Cityscape Dubai, the world's largest international real estate and investment event, it was announced yesterday.

Dubai Sports City, the world's first integrated sports city, was inundated with inquiries regarding its two signature residential developments, Victory Heights and Canal Residence West. Visitor footfall, measured using the take-up rates of the official magazine Update, was approaching quintuple figures as the first day of the event drew to a close.

For Dubai Sports City representatives, this high level of interest represents public enthusiasm for the unique project itself, not least with the high quality living spaces available.

Yasser Abdulla Alraee, General Manager, Victory Heights - a luxurious golf course villa community - said this year his team was overwhelmed by the interest received from both local and international purchasers. Victory Heights' homeowners will reside within and around The Dunes, a signature 72-par golf course designed by seven-times World Match Play winner Ernie Els and a key component of Dubai Sports City.
