Empost gets ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Management Systems

Empost, the diversified national courier company, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the category of express courier and logistics services.

The coveted certification presents Empost with an opportunity to increase value to their activities and upgrade performance continually by placing greater emphasis on integrating quality management systems into the organisation's processes.

H.E. Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister for Public Sector Development and Chairman of Emirates Post, said:

By earning the ISO 9001:2000 certification, Empost has demonstrated that its quality systems are in top order, and this will enable it to compete successfully in today's highly competitive market."
