Tanmiyat Group seals Cityscape Dubai 2007 with success

Tanmiyat was a Platinum Sponsor of the event and has been a participant in Cityscape exhibitions for the last five consecutive years.

Tanmiyat Group made its presence felt at the prestigious property and real estate exhibition, with its impressive stand housing a model display of the Group's ambitious "Ajman Marina" project, currently under development in Ajman.

The Group also commissioned a series of sand sculptures by renowned artist, Jenny Rossen, who created two spectacular sets of sculptures with a marina life theme, inspired by the state-of-the-art residential and business complexes that are set to change the Ajman skyline.

Tanmiyat enjoyed significant media attention throughout the three-day event, with several TV stations, magazines and newspapers visiting the stand to conduct interviews with Tanmiyat Chairman, Sheikh Sulyman Al Majed, who said, "We are tremendously pleased with the level of interest shown in Tanmiyat Group and the Ajman Marina project. The new project epitomizes the vision and values that constitute the very core of Tanmiyat Group. The exhibition also presented an opportunity for Tanmiyat to meet directly with major regional investors, developers and buyers.

Tanmiyat played a considerable role in attracting important institutions and relevant individuals in one-to-one talks with Mr. Al Majed who added, "This event was a significant addition to Tanmiyat's calendar for the year and we are very pleased to have received the attention of prominent industry leaders in the region.

The $3billion Ajman Marina is to be constructed on an area of over 12 acres and aims to be the most prestigious development in the emirate of Ajman. Among restaurants, hotels, entertainment facilities, residential towers and offices, the Ajman Marina will also boast a yacht club, as well as many other world class buildings.

Units will be available for purchase at a later stage, in accordance with the emirate's freehold policy, which serves as a catalyst for further enhancing the emirate's attractiveness to foreign and local investors and leading to effective exploitation of all that Ajman has to offer. The marina project attracted keen interest from visitors as well as investors at the exhibition.
