The PKN Princess Resort is building a 5 Star Hotel, residential Palaces, town homes and apartments and will feature a Las Vegas style entertainment arena for world class celebrity singers and artists to recreate in the UAE ,a real and vibrant Las Vegas show extravaganza.

"We are overwhelmed by the response we have seen prior to Cityscape in our unique project, but we were not prepared for the flood of interest and sales orders that CityScape provided" said Max Paxima, Chairman of the group.

"Finally, we at PKN will rival any city in this hemisphere with World Class Entertainment and Las Vegas style living right here in the UAE" he added.

Asked whether gambling will be part of the projects aspiration Paxima replied "PKN and our investment group honor the time held traditions of the people and rulers of the UAE, and our partner in Ajaman, and will not be involved in any other activity except creating the most desirable and spectacular resort for adults who enjoy the best of Las Vegas Entertainment, without the gaming.

On hand for the affair was one of the charter investment members from Hollywood, Mr. Patrick Swayze together with his wife Lisa, who were one of the first 50 investors in the project as a second home users.

Swayze, no stranger to the UAE, has been coming to trade in Arabian horses for over 15 years, said "My wife and I now have our dream home out here now, and we are looking forward to decorating and settling in, we love the people and the culture, and we have made many friends here over the years" he added. "This project has vision, its bold, and we fell in love with it" he said.

Mr.Paxima , who is a renowned entrepreneur worldwide, also noted that this project will incorporate shared ownership concepts such as its vacation club, which will drive more tourism occupancy to the area.

Beirut based Platinum Group have accepted the appointment as Senior Marketing advisors on the project.

Michael Tolan, president of Platinum, was master of ceremonies at the gala event, and together with the Chairman of PNK Mr. Max Paxima and famed Dubai based interior design guru "Hannah" presented the Swayzes' with their Deed of Trust.

Maxima added, "we will be bringing our newest investors from Hollywood as we have strong interest from a syndicate of about 35 celebrities out very soon, and although its nice to have recognized household singer or Movie star as our residents, what is more interesting is that they, in Hollywood ,are recognizing the UAE is the hottest market to invest on the planet today and are ready to buy.

The project has a projected completion date of 36 months and is expecting initial soft launch prices to soar on the news of its next announcement.
