INFDEX '08 has invited leading designers from France, Italy and Spain to present the latest trends. Designers will present an insight into interior and exterior design fusion with the local culture.
An estimated 4,000 key local, regional and international traders, and up to 2,000 public visitors, are expected to attend the 4-day exhibition at the Qatar International Exhibition Center from 18th to 21st May 2008.
'GCC economies are booming with record GDP figures, more than 1,000 offices, apartments, compounds, hospitals and other projects under construction with a total value of $200bn. It is natural that INFDEX will complement this boom and bring to an emerging market the latest design and decoration ideas,'
commented Fernando De Guama, Qatar Expo Director of Exhibitions and Events.
'While other exhibitions focus only on construction, INFDEX brings to Qatar the latest interior, exterior furniture, lighting, arts and antiques, textile and accessories.'
'If unique is what you seek, INFDEX '08 will be the only design and furniture event you need attend. We have traveled the world to find exciting designs to ensure INFDEX '08 is more than ever a magnet for the finest designers, manufacturers and retailers eager to reach new Gulf markets,' added De Guama.
INFDEX organizer Qatar Expo is offering 'Early Bird' discounts for companies who book exhibition space until the end of November.
