Mada'in Properties, a private joint-stock real estate company incorporated in 2006 is showcasing two of its latest projects at the Dubai Marina and Silicon Oasis, respectively, during Cityscape.
The company's exhibition at Zabeel Hall drew attention from HE Mohammed Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Executive Chairman of Dubai Holding. During his visit to the Mada'in stand, His Excellency, Mr. Gergawi met Mohamed Ahmed Ramadan, Managing Director, Mada'in Properties.
Thanking His Excellency, Mr. Gergawi for visiting the Mada'in Properties stand, Mohamed Ahmed Ramadan, said: "We thank Mr. Gergawi for his continuous support and leadership. He is a role model for young Emiratis and his visit is an honour for us".
The Dubai Marina project of Mada'in Properties is a G+64, state-of-the-art, mixed-use tower that includes furnished apartments and residential units, as well as a podium building that includes the most premium retail space and recreational facilities in Dubai.
The German Architectural Firm, IF Architecture GmbH and Arc International are the lead architectural consultants for this exclusive marina project and the total built-up area of the development is over 950,000 sq. ft.
