SACODECO wins contract to build SR93m commercial residential building in Jeddah

SACODECO, which belongs to Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) Group of Companies has won a contract for construction of a commercial residential building in Jeddah.

The building is located at Madinah road between Quorish and Hira'a streets.

On this occasion Dr. Faisal Alaquil, Business Development Manager and spokesman of CPC said: "The total value of the project is SR93m and will be implemented within 20 months on high quality standards."

He added: "The owner of the building to be built is Al-Rassam Trading Group, and Al-Borouj Office for Architectural Consultancy will be the architectural consultant of the project. CPC companies will provide all construction materials needed for the project,"

The materials would include pre-cast concrete, marble and granite, construction steel, aluminum, electro-mechanic works and installation of cables and electrical panels.

Dr. Alaquil stressed that: "This project achieves CPC vision as being a comprehensive contractor capable to provide all construction materials for any project without the need of other suppliers."

The main objective is to create one center to serve all construction and building projects either villa or skyscraper or business complex, or even an integrated city.
