CPC (Construction Products Holding Company) is a Saudi closed joint-stock company, formed as a reaction to the unprecedented growth in construction industry in the Gulf region in general, and in Saudi Arabia in particular. As long as the region in continuous development of real estate and industrial projects resulted from the strong liquidity from the rise in oil prices, the demand for construction materials provided by CPC through its industrial complex in Bahra in the western region of Saudi Arabia will increase and the company's activities will be extended to neighboring countries such as Syria, UAE and Egypt, yet Saudi Arabia will remain the most important market for the company. CPC also has capital stakes in the following companies:

United Industrial and Trading Company (KONE elevators), CPC-Syria, CPC-Middle East, CPC-Egypt, Arkan CPC-Abu Dhabi, CPC-Algeria for Industrial Development (under formation) and CPC-Morocco for industrial Development (under formation)

The main objective is to create one center to serve all construction and building projects either villa or skyscraper or business complex, or even an integrated city.
