Sadiyat Island, one of the largest islands off the coast of Abu Dhabi, will be the cultural centre of the UAE's capital, and include the Middle East Louvre, plus a number of other museums as well as homes and hotels. Phil Blizzard looks at the golf courses and urbanisation of the island.
