Bridgestone expands Tyre Care Plus outlets to Sinaw and Bidiyah
- Oman: Wednesday, October 24 - 2007 at 12:54
- PRESS RELEASE
Steadfast on their commitment to cater to customers with their best service while emphasizing their aim of getting 'closer to customers', Bridgestone continues to expand its network to more territories in Oman.
Bidiyah and Sinaw were prospective locations that Bridgestone foresaw. A rising demand for a service centre was vitally visible. The inconvenience of many drivers coming all the way to TCP outlets away from their vicinity was well understood. Now with the two new outlets, customers in these regions can benefit from Bridgestone's proficient customer care and exquisite services.
At Bidiyah the Bridgestone service centre is boldly visible on the main Sohar Highway adjacent to Bank Muscat. At Sinaw it is located on the road to Masirah, opposite to the Shell petrol station and right next to the souq.
"This network extension demonstrates our commitment of getting closer to customers. By increasing the number of outlets we facilitate exquisite services alongside fitting and alignment of wheels for all types of vehicles. We see a great potential in these two markets with a decently large number of vehicles plying there. By establishing these outlets we benefit easy accessibility to customers and convenient servicing for them," says Raj Nair, Retail Manager TCP, Towell Auto L.L.C.
Bridgestone has been at the forefront of world-class products and product innovations in the international market since 1931. Towell Auto Centre, the sole representative for Bridgestone in Oman, has set up 16 state of the art 'Tyre Care Plus' outlets in different parts of Oman to provide excellent sales and service to their valuable customers.
The 16 Tyre Care Plus outlets are located at Wadi Kabir, Goubra, Rusayl, Barkha, Saham, Sohar, Karsha, Nizwa, Ibri, Sur, Salalah, Buali, Bidiyah and Sinaw. Bridgestone has also set up two Truck Centres located in Ghala and Nimr.
