The portfolio, which includes two towers on Dubai Waterfront and one on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, all designed by James Law, Chief Cybertect, of Hong Kong based James Law Cybertecture International Ltd., was extremely well received. The towers themselves were presented via three dramatic and technically accurate models which proved a highlight on the eyecatching stand attracting a constant flow of visitors eager to discover more about the individual projects. The busy ambience kept the whole team on their toes and in addition, Plus Properties were delighted to have the support of special guest Razan Moughrabi, the popular MBC TV presenter, who helped entertain visitors for the entire three days, along with a number of other celebrities who made guest appearances during the show.
Commenting after the Cityscape Exhibition, Sami Maroun, Director of Plus Properties said:
'Cityscape was a huge success for us both in terms of the networking opportunities but also the conversion into solid bookings which clearly demonstrated the demand in the market. Our plans for the coming months include marketing activities in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi malls, a roadshow to take Plus Properties to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, as well as participation in additional high profile international property shows. All these will be supported by a continuing intensive media campaign throughout the region.'
Plus Properties will be among the first developers to start construction on the world-class Dubai Waterfront which is the largest waterfront development in the world today.
