As the Golden Sponsor of the event, the firm broke new sales records and garnered much media attention as well as client interest for its state of the art projects exhibited in the three day event.

Launching three of its latest projects, Tameer attracted a flood of interest and sales orders from investors and buyers for its flagship 'Tameer Tower' development in Abu Dhabi, 'Platinum Towers' in Business Bay and the 'Madinat Al Majd' in Jordan, enabling the firm to achieve record sale revenues of Dhs1.9bn within a span of 3 days.

Tameer recorded high sales of Dhs5m for 'Madinat Al Majd' following the announcement of the completion of the first and second phases of the infrastructure, and the signing of a contract with a leading Jordanian contractor for the developing of 500 residential units, that will be delivered in 12 months.

Commenting of his company's successful presence at the world's leading property exhibition, Omar Ayesh - President of Tameer Holding said: 'Our success at Cityscape gives us a strong momentum to deliver these high quality projects as soon as possible and to develop more projects that are of a high quality and affordability, while meeting the increasingly urgent demands of the market'.

Tameer's flagship towers in Abu Dhabi gained a strong demand from investors and individuals alike during the exhibition. One transaction alone went to one particular investor with the purchasing of a number of units in the 'Platinum Towers' and 'Tameer Towers' at a total value of over Dhs100m.

Very early on in the exhibition Tameer achieved a milestone with the complete selling out of the 'Platinum Towers', located in the heart of Business Bay in less than an hour. The luxurious development boasts a unique design at the highest standards of luxury, offering office spaces, a 5 star hotel and hotel apartments, in addition to a number of state-of-the-art amenities.

'Cityscape is an important opportunity to meet with real estate developers and investors, get to know about the latest projects, discuss issues of mutual interest and to study the possibility of entering new markets. We have achieved good results which will fuel our plans to announce a new series of stylish projects in the very near future', Ayesh added.

Equipped with the latest and most sophisticated technologies and featuring a spectacular design and concept, Tameer's pavilion had stolen the show throughout the three day exhibition. It hosted key investors, real estate developers and attracted speculators, clients and the media who met with the senior management team to learn the latest in Tameer's news. Its sales team was composed of 40 professionals who were keen to take care of the clients and answer their inquiries about Tameer's current and recently launched projects.
