Burgan Bank makes KACCH children smile

Burgan Bank reiterated its belief that a nation's true wealth lies in its young citizens by rendering its support to the Kuwait Association for Care of Children in Hospitals (KACCH) for six years.

The association between Burgan Bank and KACCH was confirmed at a special function at Amiri Hospital where the Bank's General Manager of the Corporate Communications Group, Fadi Matar, presented a cheque to the KACCH President Mr. Hilal Al Sayer.

Fadi Matar said, "Caring for children has been an integral part of Burgan Bank's Corporate Citizenship program and the Bank is proud to be a benefactor towards KACCH's yearly funds. Recently we also celebrated Qerqean with children from the Hospital's pediatric ward through the customary distribution of Qerqean sweets."

Over the past six years, Burgan Bank's continual contributions have significantly supported the development of healthcare and pediatric facilities in over six hospitals which are part of the KACCH, often helping children and their families fund the treatment and recovery from fatal illnesses. The Bank's relentless efforts have also been recognised by the Ministry of Social Affairs and other key organisations in Kuwait.
